Intermec C# Makes Printing Smarter

Truly smart printing
With Smart Printing, applications run directly in the printer. Because of this, a separate computer is not needed to control the label-printing process. In addition, Smart Printing enables the printer to interact with other devices on the network. Intermec C# is embedded directly in the printer’s firmware, so it does not require a separate purchase.
The PM43 and PM43c industrial printers are ideal for distribution, warehouse and manufacturing environments. They include:
- Large, color touch screens
- Barcode printing with pinpoint accuracy
- A strong metal structure with a metal door that can be locked for media protection
- Multiple connectivity options
Lower cost of ownership
By adding the Intermec C# programming language capability to these printers, they can become more reliable and economical. Because Intermec’s printers have a built-in numeric keypad, Intermec C# will offer customers a lower total cost of ownership (TCO) by virtually eliminating any need for an attached computer, keyboard or other cabling elements in many industrial, retail and distribution center applications.
