Founded in 1990, Graves Construction & Drilling Services, Inc. (Graves) offers a variety of specialized services in the disciplines of site remediation, underground utility installation, and heavy construction. Graves maintains licenses in five states through the southeast as a Licensed General Contractor. Graves offers lump sum bidding, cost plus contracts, or negotiated pricing for all of their clients.

The Challenge

Prior to considering an inventory management solution, the company was manually tracking all of their excess building materials after each job. This process proved to be tedious, time consuming, and inaccurate.
